Established in Brescia in 1975 by Brescian entrepreneurs (including the current president Valentino Vaglia), today Samac has 4 production plants in Italy, located in Vobarno (BS), Castelnuovo Calcea (AT), Volpiano (TO) e Storo (TN). The company structure takes advantage of a team of over 30 specialists, assisted by a selected network of external collaborators and trusted suppliers with proven reliability.

Solutions: Samac’s studies are applied at 360° in the fields of mechanics and electromechanics, in search of new solutions and new products/processes to analyze.

Applications: Samac is particularly specialized in the design and realization of “Lean Production” systems, with Poka-Yoke applications, attention to the ergonomics of the work position, optimization of set-up times, and objectivation of the controls for manual operations.

Degree of automation: Percentage of automation from 0 to 100%, through the realization of automatic, semiautomatic and manual systems, maintaining high quality and strong competitiveness.

System typology: Pallet lines, Rotary table machines, Systems with side by side benches, Robotic cells and Special systems.

Integration of production processes: Integration of assembly systems, testing, processing, cleaning, packing, maintaining the image of “prime contractor” and supplier of “turnkey” systems.

Production capacity: ability to face production peaks, through a selected and tested external network of partners and modern management of the planning and organization of the order progress.
