ASSISTANCE DURING PRODUCTION
Samac is available to the customer for planning and verification of order status, through:
- Elaboration of the Gantt process chart, with the indication of the checkpoints
- Technical meetings during the design phase for approval before production
- Technical meetings during the production, particularly frequent during the fine tuning phase
- Fast response to information enquiries regarding the status of the order through the Marketing Office
- Fast response to requests for modifications/additions during realization.
POST-SALE SERVICE
Samac is available through its mechanical, electronic and software technicians to guarantee the correct operation of the system during its lifespan, through:
- System manuals, with complete traceability of all components
- Customer personnel training
- Planned maintenance
- Provision of a suggested spare parts list
- Fast response to requests for unplanned interventions (immediately by phone during work hours, PLC and PC remote assistance, emergency assistance)
