Samac’s most experienced designers are available to conduct “ad hoc” studies about the specific requirements of the client, in particular:

  • Study of the assembly cycle and/or process testing

ASSISTANCE DURING PRODUCTION

Samac is available to the customer for planning and verification of order status, through:

  • Elaboration of the Gantt process chart, with the indication of the checkpoints
  • Technical meetings during the design phase for approval before production
  • Technical meetings during the production, particularly frequent during the fine tuning phase
  • Fast response to information enquiries regarding the status of the order through the Marketing Office
  • Fast response to requests for modifications/additions during realization.

POST-SALE SERVICE

Samac is available through its mechanical, electronic and software technicians to guarantee the correct operation of the system during its lifespan, through:

  • System manuals, with complete traceability of all components
  • Customer personnel training
  • Planned maintenance
  • Provision of a suggested spare parts list
  • Fast response to requests for unplanned interventions (immediately by phone during work hours, PLC and PC remote assistance, emergency assistance)
