The workstation consists of 2 benches positioned next to a semi-automatic rotary table with 4 automatic units and 1 semi-automatic – Drag line for pallet and movement on motorized rollers, together with 6 automatic stations, on which runs 20 pallets equipped with a system of rotation and locking piece, in the chosen assembly positions.

Main operations

Assembly and functional control of solenoid valves;
sealant dispensing with continuity check by a vision system;
tightening 5 screws for fixing 2 components;
leak test;
control and recording of the coupling angle between 2 subgroups;
supply and insert of a pin;
screwing nut with contemporary settlement of the work piece to be fixed in position;
Seeger’s presence control on the pin;
pin welding by TIG technology, component placement by anthropomorphic robot;
axial play control;
angle control;
functional test of the finished product;
marking of data matrix by laser system, with execution control by reading system;
presence control of caps.
