Layout

Work system composed by a semiautomatic benches placed side to side to a rotary table system– Motorized pallets conveyor line on idle roller, completed with 8 semiautomatic stations. The line conveys 17 pallets equipped with rotation system and blocking piece system for helping the assembly on all the sides.

Main operations

1° step: insertion 3 pipes into the body, by electronic press units
2° step: Body assembly
3° step: Leak test of the body
4° step: coupling body with “Bearing group” (metering sealer on the body and check of thickness/continuity of the line by vision system – marking of body and coupling with bearing group– screwing 5 screws tightening body to bearing group, leak test, printing codification label)
5° step: coupling body with housing (load “Collector” on the pallet of the assembly line; insertion “Pin” in the “Collector”– coupling body with “collector” and screwing nut tightening collar of sealing body – assembling “Actuator”, by screwing - welding pin “Compressor” to actuator rod, by 6 axis robot – functional test - completing and final check - completing of body marking, by micropoints system – unload and packaging of the assembled product).
