Layout

Asynchronous line for dragging about 40 pallet, motorized “U” execution with double belt, work stations placed on the line. The line is managed by a supervision PC. Manual operations are controlled by poka-yoke systems and managed with the lean manufacturing” methodology.

Main operations

Checking of presence and correspondence of the components on the pallet through vision system (poka-yoke)
Picking, verification of polarization, insertion and verification of planarity of the bearing on the body.
Feeding and driving of the ring, with insertion quote verification
Metering of the thread-locker on the threaded holes
Picking, placing and screwing the bearing on the body
Dispensing the sealant on the body and checking the presence of the cord through the vision system
Picking, placing and screwing the holding plate on the body
Picking, heating and inserting the shaft into the body. Cooling, feeding and screwing the nut on the shaft
Picking the shaft from the pallet and placing it in the heating magazine. Picking the shaft from the heating magazine and placing it in the temperature and geometry control position. Picking from the control position and inserting it into the body. Insertion in the required position.
