Layout

Asynchronous motorized line for moving of about 20 pallets, ring-shaped, on which the work benches are located. The line is managed by a supervision PC. Manual operations are checked by poka-yoke systems and managed according a “lean manufacturing” method.

Check presence and correspondence of components on pallet through vision system (poka-yoke)
Screwing of fastening screw, with torque/angle check
Supply and dosing of grease
Collar screwing with simultaneous settlement in position
Actuator screwing, with torque/angle check
TIG welding
Functional test
Laser marking
