Layout

The system consists of two component loading palletisers. The relevant in-line feeding is carried out automatically by means of a robot. The components are loaded and unloaded from pallets positioned on the rear of the system by operators.

Main operations

The system consists of two palletisers intended to feed the components for the assembly of a stator in line. The operations carried out are as follows:
- Preparation of the pallets with the components to be loaded/unloaded at the rear of the system by the operator;
- Pick-up of the piece from the pallet and loading in the control area by means of a three-axis electric manipulator;
- Transfer of the piece to the assembly line by means of a robot following some conformity checks.
