The system consist of an asynchronous pallet transfer line, which houses 13 automatic, 5 semi-automatic and 7 manual workstations, a turntable for assembling a sub-assembly, with 6 automatic workstations and an automatic system for packaging the finished parts.

Main operations

The line is used to assemble, test and pack the models that are part of 4 different ranges of gearmotors. The pallet transfer system is made up of 2 parallel tracts that are both 28 mt. long (one running and one for pallet return), interconnected by 2 motorised change-over sections.
